VCT Warranty Policy

VCT will repair or replace, without charge, any merchandise proven defective in material or workmanship for a period of two years after the date of shipment.

Return Authorization
If a warranty repair is required, the Dealer must contact VCT at (866) 828-7679 to obtain a Repair Authorization number (RA), and provide the following information:

• Model and serial number
• Date of shipment, P.O. number, Sales Order number, or VCT invoice number
• Details of the defect or problem

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance necessary to send the unit to VCT. Upon receipt of the merchandize, VCT will inspect to assure that that no damage occurred during shipment. If any such damage has occurred, the customer will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs necessary to correct such damage.

Once all repairs are complete, VCT will use the same shipping method to return the unit back to the customer. If, however, the returned merchandise has been found to be free of defects, then the customer will be responsible for shipping costs necessary to return the unit back to the customer.

Loaner Program
VCT can loan customers temporary replacement units that can be used while the original equipment is being repaired.  The following are the terms of such loans:

A credit card must be provided that will be pre-authorized in an amount equal to the original purchase price of the merchandise.

Subject to stock availability, VCT will ship a reconditioned loaner unit that is similar, but not necessarily exactly equal, to the configuration of the unit to be repaired.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (both-ways) for the loaner unit.

The loaner unit must be returned to VCT within fourteen (14) calendar days.  If VCT has not received the loaner unit back within fourteen (14) days, then the full cost of the loaner unit, and all associated shipping costs will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
